Even as a child, I was a big fan of audio plays. While I was in school, I developed a desire to create audio plays myself. I was particularly fascinated by the way stories were brought to life with sound effects and foley.

After completing a voluntary social service year in the field of culture, I first studied Audiovisual Media at the Stuttgart Media University. I then furthered my studies in the postgraduate diploma program in Film Sound Production & Film Sound Design at Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg. This program allowed me to combine my passion for sound and foley with my interest in film.

While I was still a student, I began working as a freelance sound editor and foley artist in 2020 under the name “Sommerklänge.” Since graduating in the summer of 2022, I have been working full-time as a foley artist.

My greatest passion is telling stories through sound and bringing them to life – whether on stage, at the cinema, on television or in radio plays.
